How Sessions Work

When you book your reading, I will send you a few questions so that I can access your records. I will then access your Akashic Record and do the clearing on your behalf.

You will then receive an email from me to book in your 90 minute consultation, during which time I will give you the findings. I will explain past and present life events that are still holding you back.

At the end of the consultation you will be sent your own personalised clearing statements that you are invited to complete over 21 days.

Finally, we will have a 30 minute check in to see how you are getting on with your new actions!

Q. Is this like past life regression?

A. It’s not the same thing, but it does call on information from your previous lives.  Past life regression is often considered to be a form of therapy or even hypnotherapy, which focusses on the narrative of your previous lives.

In akashic reading we are much less interested in telling the stories of your past lives.  Instead, the focus is on acknowledging how the past has affected your energy, while focussing on clearing and working through it.

We don’t want to dwell on the past.  Our focus is on manifesting your best future.

Q. Is it for me?

A. If you are ready to break free of the old behaviours and patterns that have held you back from being the best version of yourself, then it sounds like you might be ready.

Before I proceed with the reading I will make sure that you are prepared for this process.  If you are not ready for whatever reason, we will not go ahead.  Your wellbeing is my priority, so there is never any pressure.  

Q. Where are the readings done?

A. I will do the reading alone – the time we spend together is our consultation where I tell you my findings.  This is where I explain how previous experiences are still holding you back, and we talk abut your action steps to move forwards.

Consultations done via Skype, so you can be anywhere in the world for this.  I record these consultation for you to keep, so you can revisit this information any time that you feel you need a reminder.
